the body is like a bodhi tree

the body is like a bodhi tree
our nature a mirror bright
day by day we polish the mirror
and let no dust alight

the body is not like the bodhi tree
nor our nature a mirror bright
since all is void
how can dust alight

kin says:
*pats pats* don't stress yourself, angie.. take life with a grain of salt.. we all have out own journey through life.. and you've still got a long way to go..

a n g i e * says:
hey i don't get that salt analogy
what does it mean?

kin says:
it's like eating plain rice.. it can be boring.. and tasteless.. but give it a bit of salt, and it will taste different, but it's still the same rice.. = meaning, don't be so serious and frustrated about life and your problems.. take it lightly and try to add a bit of "spice" or humour to it and concentrate on what really matters..
